The project involves the renovation of a pizzeria/restaurant, aimed at enhancing the existing space without completely altering it. The goal was to achieve greater visual harmony and perceived quality, while maintaining a simple and welcoming environment, suitable for both regular customers and tourists. The family management required an intervention that respected the original vision, updating it with a fresher and more youthful approach.

Many original elements were preserved, as well as the base colors, reinterpreted to provide coherence and balance throughout the space. Some high-quality materials were introduced, with a calibrated use of color: the blue of the semi-gloss zellige-style tiles highlights both quality and practicality, while the original yellow was retained in certain furnishings and adapted into details and brass accessories. The natural wood of the custom-made furniture adds warmth to the environment and interacts with the curves of the new fixed elements, while the contrast between glossy and matte surfaces enhances texture and depth.

The double-height interior dining area will be highlighted by a site-specific mural, fresh and expressive, echoing the colors of the restaurant and brightening the space. Special attention was also given to the facade, harmonized with the interiors through tiles and color schemes that evoke the marine context, creating continuity and warmth between inside and outside.
