Renovation of a ground-floor apartment in the Golf Club Monticello, within a complex designed by Vico Magistretti in the early 1970s. The main intervention focused on the park-facing windows, replacing the single french door with a large double lift-and-slide. Prefinished oak parquet floors replaced the original terracotta, and all systems, including electrical, were updated, complemented by a mix of new and existing design lighting. Bathrooms and the custom-designed kitchen were renovated, while the living area was reconfigured for greater functionality, with added niches and flexible spatial solutions. Furniture in wood, raw iron, and lacquered materials was integrated with historic family pieces, respecting the original color palette and external context.

Role: assistance with artistic direction and site supervision, management of supplies, coordination of contractors and orders, client support, budget oversight and site inspections.
