The project concerns a newly constructed multi-family residential building, spread over three above-ground floors and comprising six apartments: two on the ground floor, three on the first floor, and a spacious penthouse on the top floor. The design, developed on paper and visualized through floor plans and renderings, aims to represent the spaces clearly and engagingly, supporting communication about the living potential and aesthetic qualities of the apartments.

The interiors were approached with a design strategy that emphasizes panoramic sea views, natural light, materials, and the relationship with the surrounding context. Light colors, warm atmospheres, and natural materials create a sense of lightness and comfort, evoking the identity of the Island. The styling strikes a balance between contemporary and traditional, giving the apartments a coherent and fresh character, capable of conveying the experience of a holiday home. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces enhance the views of the archipelago, making the landscape an integral part of the living experience. The design therefore focuses not only on aesthetic representation but also on the perception of space and comfort, conveying relaxation, light-heartedness, and a genuine sense of home from the very first glance.
