A 1970s apartment, characterized by compact spaces with a recognizable aesthetic and functional potential, telling its own story. The unit is located in a historically peripheral area of the city and has been renovated through precise and targeted interventions. At the time of acquisition, the spaces were already efficiently utilized thanks to a previous project completed in the 1990s, featuring meticulous craftsmanship, high-quality materials, and custom solutions.

The renovation aimed to make the apartment more contemporary, optimizing its potential and creating a balanced, welcoming environment. The original honey-colored wood, present in the boiserie, glass doors, and bedroom cabinetry, remains the focal point of the space and was minimally altered to preserve the artisanal quality.

Several updates were carried out, including repainting some wood details, refinishing surfaces, and rebalancing the color palette, introducing shades such as sage green in the living area and a lighter palette for the kitchen. The prefinished oak parquet continues to enhance the warmth of the spaces. The integration of contemporary accessories, designer lighting, and discreet furniture completes the renovation, imparting character and harmony. The project remains dynamic and will continue to evolve, gradually adapting to the needs of its occupants.
