The project involved the transformation of a portion of the company’s industrial headquarters, aimed at integrating new executive offices and creating a representative environment. A key aspect was the complete renovation of the facade along the building’s long side, together with the reorganization of circulation routes and the vertical circulation cores. Interior spaces were arranged to accommodate 60 workstations, 9 meeting rooms, a main meeting room with 16 seats, 5 executive offices, as well as break areas, kitchen, facilities, and storage. Particular attention was devoted to building systems, incorporating state-of-the-art, high-efficiency solutions. Finishes, furnishings, acoustic and lighting systems were selected from leading industry brands. A complex intervention, executed through coordinated teamwork.

Role: support in artistic direction and site management, development of preliminary, detailed, and executive drawings, coordination of contractors and suppliers, budget oversight, site inspections and operational management.
