Renovation of an apartment in an elegant 1930s building, designed for family use and future rentals. The intervention prioritized functionality and efficiency while preserving original features such as the bedroom parquet, original ceiling stuccoes, decorative cast-iron radiators, and some interior doors with leaded stained glass. The kitchen, bathroom, and corridor were completely refurbished, with new screeds, modern systems, and prefinished oak flooring that harmonizes with the original. All windows and some doors were rebuilt or replaced, respecting the historic style. Niches and walk-in closets allow for future customization, while the bespoke kitchen and design furnishings in soft tones enhance the space. Lighting was integrated and updated, combining concealed and contemporary elements.

Role: support in artistic direction and site management, development of preliminary, detailed, and executive drawings, coordination of contractors and suppliers, budget oversight, site inspections and operational management.
