Project developed in collaboration with Arch. Cinzia Giardino
Complete renovation of an apartment located in a 1970s residential building, not far from the city center, purchased at auction by a young owner with the aim of transforming it into a space with a strong and elegant character. While the internal layout was only slightly modified, the project involved a full refurbishment of systems, screeds, and surfaces, redefining the home in every detail.
The identity of the intervention stems from the desire to combine a luxurious and bold aesthetic with a modern, eclectic language. Warm, enveloping tones - browns, bronze, and beige - enhance distinctive materials such as Patagonia marble and French herringbone oak flooring. The iconic wallpaper introduces a scenographic note, in dialogue with classical moldings on doors and skirting boards.
All fixed furnishings were custom-designed, with particular attention given to the integration and concealment of technical systems, ensuring a clean and coherent result. Lighting, entrusted to soft-shaped designer lamps, contributes to creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, ready to welcome a future mix of pop, iconic, and vintage pieces.
